1. How and where do I obtain copies of actual EOBs?

2. How do I obtain check information (cashed date, bulk check amount, where check was sent to)?
           - Send requests to finance@nynmonline.com or log into our Billing Portal at www.claimschannel360.com.

Plans and Participation

1. What plans do NYNM participate with?
           - Go to www.nynmonline.com and click on Plans and Participation.

2. How do I bill for participating plans?
           - Go to www.nynmonline.com, click on the Billing menu tab then on Billing Guide.

3. How do I find out which plans I am contracted with through NYNM?
           - Go to www.nynmonline.com, click on the Fast Chat portal and submit your inquiry or call our Provider Services department directly at 1-888-511-5208 ext. 1.

4. How do I obtain my specific provider plan ID numbers?

Eligibility

1. How do I find out a patients eligibility/benifit status? (Effective date & Term date)?
           - Go to www.nynmonline.com, click on the Fast Chat portal and submit your inquiry or call our Provider Services department directly at 1-888-511-5208 ext. 1. To register for online eligibility, please email name and email address to pr@nynmonline.com.

Covered and Non Covered Codes

1. How do I find out which procedure codes per payor are covered?
           - These can be obtained by logging onto the individual payors website.

Fee Schedules

1. How can I obtain current fee schedules for all participating payors?
           - Call 888-511-5208 ext. 1 or go to www.nynmonline.com, click on the Fast Chat portal and submit your inquiry, a provider services rep will provide this information.

2. How do I join NYNM?
           - Call 888-511-5208 or email pr@nynmonline.com and a friendly provider services representative will assist you.

3. How do I find the fee schedule for a particular code?
           - Go to www.nynmonline.com, click on the Fast Chat portal and submit your inquiry, a provider services rep will provide this information.

ClaimsChannel360

1. How do I register for CC360?
           - Go to www.claimschannel360.com and click on sign up. Fill out the requested information and submit. A secure username and password will be sent to you via email. Once you recieve this secure login information, you can access the portal.

2. How do I search for claims on CC360 once I am registered?
           - To look up claims, enter information allowed, such as member ID, DOS, pt first and last name, DOS, etc, then click on search.

3. Is EFT a mandatory requirement for signing up with CC360?
           - EFT is not a mandatory requirement to register for CC360, however it is highly recommended as the payment turn around time is faster and air jordan 5 the payment is deposited directly into the provider's account. Remittance advice is electronic and can be uploaded to your system.

4. How do I become a direct submitter to CC360?
           - Please email EDI@carecorenational.com and request a test session.

5. Can I get a copy of CC360 denial reason code descriptions?
           - The denial reason codes in CC360 are plan specific. Please call 1-888-511-5208 ext. 1, or visit www.nynmonline.com and click on ClaimsChannel360.

6. How do I view my EOBs through CC360?
           - In order to view your electronic remittance advice directly through CC360, you must be able to view the providers account directly. You must be registered with CC360.

7. Am I able to pring my EOBs through CC360?
           - In order to print your electronic remittance advice, you must have direct access to the provided account.

8. Can I directly submit my claims online through CC360?
           - To submit claims, there are 3 options, submit through your clearinghouse using NYNM payor ID 11334, or submit by paper to new dedicated PO Box NYNM - Paper Claims: PO Box 620 Lake Katrine, NY 12449; or obtain the CC360 companion guide via www.claimschannel360.com. Send a test file to EDI@carecorenational.com

9. What are the benefits of signing up with CC360?
           - The benefits of signing up for CC360 are being able to view claims status directly, faster turn around time for payment, and the ability to recieve EFT (electronic funds transfer). CC360 also allows you access to view EOBs online and is a completely free service for NYNM providers.
